3. PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS
Products must:
- Be Genuine
- Be Lawfully Marketed
- Meet Applicable Standards
- Have Accurate Descriptions
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
- Counterfeit Goods
- False Certifications
- Fake Reviews
- Misleading Advertising
- Fraudulent Claims
5. AGRICULTURAL CLAIMS
Sellers must not claim:
- Guaranteed Yield
- Guaranteed Profitability
- Scientifically Unsupported Results
- without supporting evidence.
6. COMPLIANCE
Sellers must comply with:
- Consumer Protection Laws
- Agricultural Regulations
- Export Regulations
- Product Safety Requirements
7. ENFORCEMENT
Violations may result in:
- Listing Removal
- Suspension
- Marketplace Ban
- Legal Action
